PROJECT PORTFOLIO

PORT OF SEATTLE

Creating connectivity between the Port of Seattle’s infrastructure and to all tenants whom occupy the airport. Connecting devices such as wireless access points, Flight information’s boards, cameras, cabling of work stations throughout, and whatever else is required to keep the Seatac airport functioning from a data and information perspective.

CHALLENGE:

The Port of Seattle has a systimax only product demand that is unique in the sense that only the highest tier of equipment is installed on any of their projects. Evergreen technologies is uniquely qualified as one of few certified installers of this product in the state of Washington.

SOLUTION:

The Port of Seattle and Seatac airport have a high volume of work and projects that require the coordination and flexibility of a company like Evergreen Technologies to work directly with the port to complete their projects in an efficient and timely manner. This demand has washed out many contractors but Evergreen Technologies continues to thrive at the Port of Seattle as it has for many years.

RESULTS:

The projects at the Port of Seattle can range from a small one day install to a year and a half long project, such as the installation of 430 cameras and the installation of 100 wireless access points all through out the concourses and exterior of the airport. Or as small as connecting a tv or computer back to their service point. There is no project too large or small that Evergreen Technologies can’t assist in creating a functioning and capable cabling solution.

The Port of Seattle uses a wide array of materials in our industry including the installation and commissioning of Single mode fiber optical cable, cat 6, cat6A, and coaxial cabling. In addition to communication room equipment such as server racks, patch panels, optical fiber shelves, we also support tenant space within the Port of Seattle with demarcation boxes, wall racks and cabling of the space for plug and play connectivity for new business operating within the Port of Seattle.
